Having graduated in Dental Technology in Manchester, UK, Alan decided to take a different career path and joined the world of consultancy, it is here that he started to gather his business acumen being exposed to various industries from FMCG to communications and  IT, he soon developed a very healthy interest in the Automotive industry with particular emphasis on strategy and solution lead assignments.

Alan’s definition of a successful business is an operation that finds, wins and keeps Clients for life, satisfying is no longer an achievement in today’s fierce market, a minimum requirement is to delight the Client, it is essential for any business to recognise their good people as their greatest asset, carryout the basics consistently, recognise their weaknesses and act upon them, have a very clear vision of their desired future state and take the steps towards achieving those.

Alan adds, I have been lucky to work on a global level within the Automotive industry in every aspect of this exciting industry, projects covered Manufacturer Global Strategy, supply chain management, setting up Importers and distributors all over the world, Management and Leadership development for volume and prestige manufacturers to name but few.
